Rewiring America's scope for this project centered on enhancing the manufacturing efficiency of heat pumps to support sustainable solutions. Our efforts were dedicated to thoroughly examining the market dynamics of heat pumps, addressing the challenges in manufacturing, and understanding the influence of global policies. The ultimate goal was to refine the processes behind the scenes, cut down costs, and boost the adoption rate of heat pumps as a reliable and eco-friendly option for heating and cooling. Through this initiative, we were committed to delivering insightful strategies that would smooth out production lines and make heat pumps more accessible and appealing to the public.

As an Associate Consultant, my involvement centered around global policy analysis concerning heat pumps and the different tiers of manufacturing.

A significant part of this analysis involved examining the effects of legislation like the Inflation Reduction Act on the heat pump market, understanding how subsidies and rebates could spur consumer demand and influence manufacturing strategies. My deep dive into the manufacturing segment was geared towards dissecting the complexities of heat pump production, particularly focusing on the tiered manufacturing framework, the critical role of raw materials, and the impact of global supply chains on production costs and efficiencies.

My role on this project entailed strategizing on how to effectively communicate and implement technology adoption at scale. Crafting comprehensive marketing plans and understanding the consumer journey were central to my efforts, ensuring that sustainable solutions were not just available but also accessible and appealing to the broad public.

On the policy enforcement and regulatory research front, my work at Rewiring America involved conducting thorough analyses of global policies and regulations. I led initiatives to understand regulatory landscapes, which informed our strategic decisions and advocacy efforts. This role honed my skills in risk assessment, regulatory research, and leading investigations into compliance, enabling me to navigate complex regulatory environments effectively.
