Leadership Experiences
As an out-of-state student at Berkeley, I was driven to create a sense of belonging and community in a place so far from home. This motivation led me to immerse myself in various organizations where I strongly resonated with their missions and the people involved. My commitment to being more than just a member, but a proactive leader, stems from a desire to contribute meaningfully and forge strong connections. My involvement in leadership roles across campus is a testament to my passion for the causes I believe in and my dedication to being fully engaged in enriching the community that has become my home away from home.

Panhellenic Council President
As a woman of color acutely aware of the historical disparities within the Panhellenic community, my pursuit of the PHC Presidency was fueled by a deep commitment to drive transformative change. In this role, I have implemented comprehensive sexual assault prevention policies and actively facilitated discussions aimed at reinforcing accountability and nurturing a culture of support and safety. I've chaired critical meetings, bridging communication between chapters and advisory bodies, and represented our collective voice at national conferences. Moreover, I've played a pivotal part in supporting members affected by sexual violence and harassment, advocating for the creation of emergency response protocols, and equipping the community with life-saving overdose recognition and response training.
BRB is a student-led organization that aims to improve financial literacy on campus. We publish articles for people interested in business, tech, community, and economics-related content that is both informative and relatable. We aim to teach our members to think about business in relation to events or areas of interest they are passionate about– thinking outside of the box! As President, I've spearheaded the revamping of our marketing, recruitment, and application strategies to draw in dedicated and capable members. I mentor a team of 30 editorial members, nurturing their growth in a supportive environment, and manage our budget and fundraising to ensure we have the resources needed for our operational and editorial excellence.
Business Review at Berkeley President

ASUC Office of the Executive Vice President's Chief of Staff

In my capacity as the Chief of Staff, I manage and guide a large team of 70 associates and interns, ensuring their projects are progressing effectively, while delivering critical feedback to facilitate their success. Furthermore, I play a strategic role in advising the EVP on the development and implementation of policy, shaping legislative strategy, and spearheading campus initiatives that aim to enact meaningful change at Berkeley. A project I have worked on that I am most proud of is in collaboration with LinkedIn. I successfully led negotiations that resulted in securing 40,000 LinkedIn Learning license and 2,000 LinkedIn Premium licenses, providing valuable career development tools free to the student body.
The Associated Students of the University of California is essentially Berkeley’s governing body; something that makes the ASUC unique is that we are separate from the school and only answer to the student body. As campaign manager, my responsibilities involve crafting the overarching campaign strategy, managing the marketing initiatives, and steering the campaign toward successful implementation. My creative direction led to the conceptualization and production of launch and platform videos (insta: @shrigopall), designed to captivate and engage our audience on social platforms. Additionally, I have orchestrated launch events, laying out structured plans for each to maximize impact. My active engagement with campus leaders and organizations has been focused on securing over 100 endorsements for my candidate, coupled with a data-driven approach to refine our outreach strategies and more effectively communicate my candidate's visions and objectives.
